General Measures:

Wash your face twice daily with a mild cleanser
Avoid getting oily products on your skin (e.g. gel, mousse, hair spray and oil)
Use a minimum amount of hair conditioner on the ends of your hair if you need it
Do not use heavy moisturizers or creams on your face
Use only oil free (not water based) foundation
Use non-comedogenic make-up
Foods have never been proven to make acne worse
- Although if you find a specific food that aggravates your acne, you should avoid it
Do not pick, scratch, pop or squeeze your pimples because this will cause scarring
